This free training is designed to equip participants with essential employability skills—the set of abilities and competencies that enhance an individual’s ability to secure, maintain, and succeed in professional roles. These skills include effective communication, conflict management, critical thinking, and collaboration. Through practical exercises and real-world scenarios, participants will strengthen their ability to communicate across diverse audiences, manage conflict constructively, think critically and inclusively, and build strong, collaborative relationships. Emphasis is placed on resilience, ethical decision-making, self-awareness, and professional integrity—skills that empower participants to contribute meaningfully to team settings and adapt confidently to change.
