Part Three: Design Your Course Identify your leadership style and turn your career goals into action. This module helps you create a step-by-step plan to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Part Three: Design Your Course
In this final module, Raise the Barr, Coaching & Consulting will help you're focusing on concrete steps to move you forward; therefore, you'll identify your natural leadership style and how to leverage it effectively. Then, you'll create a practical action plan that breaks down your career aspirations into manageable steps.

In this last unit is included:

  • Discover your national leadership style
  • Create an actionable step-by-step career plan
  • Ground your vision with practical momentum

This program is open to everyone, with content that has especially resonated with women participants in the past—while still offering valuable insights and support for all professionals.
