Use the Risograph to make festive cards!
Learn how to use the Riso to make Valentine's cards! The Risograph is a machine that looks like a photocopier but is actually a stencil duplicator. The Riso takes your original art and uses it to create a stencil, then makes prints in beautiful, vibrant, eco-friendly inks. Risographs were originally used for offices and schools, but this fun printmaking method is now used by artists and designers everywhere. We will make original art by hand which will translate into multiple beautiful cards for you to take home or trade with others! We will primarily use fluorescent pink and crimson for this themed workshop.
This class is all analog (no computers). Riso beginners to experts are welcome! Use our provided materials to make your art. Registration begins two weeks prior to workshop. Ages 16+.
