Part One: Plot Your Position
In this first module, Raise the Barr, Coaching & Consulting will start with a quick assessment of where you are now, discover your core professional values, and craft a vision statement that will serve as your guiding light. You'll take an honest look at your current career situation and uncover the values that guide your professional decisions.  Think of this as creating your career compass. 

This unit will include:

• A career self-assessment
• The identification of personal core professional values
• Crafting a vision statement

This free program is open to everyone, with content that has especially resonated with women participants in the past—while still offering valuable insights and support for all professionals. Attending all three workshop sessions is recommended as each module builds on the next!
