The theme for HEPL's next Teen Writing Challenge is Historical Fiction/Fantasy! Teen writers can submit an original short story for a chance to win a gift card and their story shared on our website.

Challenge yourself to write a Historical Fiction or Historical Fantasy short story! Set your story in our world during a time before the 2000s. You could keep it as accurate to the time period as possible, or add some magical and supernatural elements! 

Entries are due by February 28 at 11:59pm. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive gift cards and the winners' stories will be shared on HEPL's website! Find out more about guidelines and requirements on our Teen Blog.

You can't win if you don't enter, so send in your entry to teenquestions@hamiltoneastpl.org today! For teens in grades 6-12 only.
