Learn the basics of training an animal and what it is like taking care of a farm that offers riding lessons, field trips, workshops, birthday parties, camps, and school programs.
Lindsay Fisher is the owner of Wrangler & Friends Farm. She has been in business for 10 years and working in her field for 12. Attendees will learn the basics of training an animal using habit shaping and positive reinforcement techniques. There will be a hands-on activity, which teaches attendees how to apply these techniques with their pets at home. Additionally, they'll be able to practice their new skills with Wrangler the registered therapy miniature horse and learn about horse caretaking!
