Professional flower grower, Todd Jameson of Balanced Harvest Farm will talk about the timing of planting, digging, and dividing peonies as well as selecting the proper place for planting.
Fall is for planting and the time to plant peonies is just a few weeks away. Amending your soil and proper autumn and winter care for a newly planted peony patch will be discussed. Many homeowners have peony plants they'd like to move or divide. Todd will demonstrate dividing an established peony root into new root divisions for those that want to share their roots or expand their existing peony garden. Registration requested.
