What is a maker? A maker is curious, innovative, and use their creativity to solve problems, create something beautiful, or just have fun. They look at the world through the lens of possibility and use their creativity to bring that possibility to life. Being a maker can include just about anything from high tech to no tech, needles to table saws to programming.
Potential experiments could include (but most definitely not limited to):
Lego builds
Cosplay
Whittling
3D printing
Paper rockets
Rube Goldberg Machines
Makers should be independently minded children between the ages of 6-11. Attendees at the showcase can be ANY age!
