Ignite Maker-in-Residence Studio
Bring your own digital pet to life! In this hands-on workshop, you'll use the BBC Micro:bit to code an interactive virtual pet that responds to your actions. Your pet can giggle when you tickle it, get sad if ignored, and even fall asleep if you don't take care of it. Using the Micro:bit's built-in sensors and display, you'll learn how to program behaviors, sounds, and animations, all while having fun designing your unique companion. Registration begins two weeks prior to class. Ages 11-14.
