Take a moment for some self-care this Galentine's Day by creating yarn hearts while thinking self-affirmative thoughts!

Dr. Leah Leach from the Gal's Guide Library will help remind us of how loved and loving we are while showing you how to make a conscious yarn heart. No knitting or crocheting skills are needed; wrap yarn around a heart, and with each thread, take a moment to reflect on compliments, appreciation, good deeds, and happy memories. Galentine's Day only comes but once a year, so bring your best pal! Adults only, please.
