Ignite Studio Classroom

Design and print your own vintage-style Halloween treat bags! Stop by any time during this event to design a template using our provided materials. Then watch the Riso work it's Halloween printing magic to put your design onto paper bags. Use your design to customize your treat-collecting bags, or make votives, monster puppets, and more! All design work is done by hand, no computer required.  

The Risograph is a piece of printmaking equipment that looks like a photocopier but is actually a stencil duplicator. It takes your original art and uses it to create a stencil, then uses that stencil to make prints in beautiful, vibrant, eco-friendly inks. The Riso was originally used for offices and schools, but is now a champion of printmakers and small presses everywhere. Registration opens two weeks prior to workshop date. All materials and instructions provided. Ages 8+.
