Learn the basics of the Risograph printer. This is the first step to using the Riso independently.
Learn all about Riso in this workshop! This workshop is best for people with basic knowledge of Photoshop who want to get trained on the Riso in order to use the printer independently. Learn about the history of the machine, how to use the glass bed scanner for working analog, and practice printing from the computer in this quick Riso overview.
Bring a .PSD file of your design ready to print in your choice of two colors*, or simply bring your favorite picture you'd like to see Riso-ified. Participants will leave with a small stack of 8.5x11 prints, one print from everyone else during our print exchange, a packet of resources, and the ability to schedule time on the Risograph printer for future print jobs.
Registration opens two weeks prior to workshop date. Ages 13+.
