Join us for an introduction to the basics of saving your garden's flavors.
Too many berries, tomatoes, green beans, and zucchini? There is nothing better than a fresh-made jam or jelly for a holiday meal. The flavor of your fresh preserved vegetables in February can't be beat. "Preserving Your Bounty" provides useful information to help gardeners freeze, dry, or can all those fresh fruits or vegetables you have grown.
