Sign up for a 30-minute appointment slot with a HEPL staff member. We can provide a basic introduction to using smartphones, tablets, or Windows computers; software like Microsoft Word and Excel; the library's website, catalog, databases, and apps (such as Hoopla and Libby); or connect you to additional resources that may help you meet your goals. 

If necessary, please bring relevant usernames and passwords (email, device login, Apple ID, etc.) with you. Meet us at the reference desk. 
Registration is required. Please select your topic at time of registration. This helps staff consider other possible learning tools and keeps the session focused. 

Please note some things we are unable to help with:

  • We cannot provide medical, legal, or financial advice/opinions.  
  • We cannot assist with credit card transactions or online banking.  
  • We cannot type or proofread your documents or fill out forms.  
  • We cannot offer technical support or troubleshooting except when it relates to library resources.
