Neurodivergent Teen Hangout: Summer Fest
For teens in grades 6-12
Thursday, July 09
2:00pm - 3:00pm
This program is an opportunity for neurodivergent teens to hang out, do an activity, and connect with their peers. Each month will feature a different theme and activity.
For this special offsite event, we will meet at Shelter #2 at Forest Park (701 Cicero Rd, Noblesville, IN 46060). Find out more about Forest Park here: https://www.noblesville.in.gov/755/Forest-Park
KultureCity Kits (which include fidgets and noise reducing headphones) will be provided. Parents are not required to stay in at the park but should stay nearby to be available if needed. This program is designed as a social club, not a form of childcare. For teens going into grades 6-12 this fall and their caregivers only. Registration required.
*What does it mean to be neurodivergent? Someone who is neurodivergent behaves, thinks and learns differently compared to those who are neurotypical. This includes autistic people and people with ADHD, Tourette’s, dyslexia, or a range of other neurodiverse conditions.
