Celebrate Valentine's Day with Book Speed Dating! Adults will rotate through tables of books, sampling titles in a fun "speed dating" style and leave with a new book to keep!
Looking for love in all the write places? Celebrate Valentine's Day with a bookish twist at our adults-only Book Speed Dating event. You'll rotate through stacks of books in a fun, fast-paced format. Each round gives you a chance judge the book by its cover, flip through a few pages, and read a short passage before deciding if it feels like "love at first sight" or if you want to keep looking for your perfect match. At the end of the session, everyone will leave with a new book to keep along with a custom bookmark curated by a librarian. This program is a great way to discover new authors and genres while enjoying a festive outing at the library!
This session will feature the same books as the 6:00pm session--please register for only a single session.
