The practice of painting helps the mind and body, as the combination of colors, sizes and shapes stimulate the brain to work and create; improving memory, attention, anxiety and concentration.
Bring a painting you are working on, select from a range of painting tutorials or make it up as you go and vibe with others in this communal class. Whether you're an experienced painter or exploring a new, creative activity, this meetup is perfect for all skill levels. Acrylic paints, canvases and all other materials are provided but you are welcome to bring your own painting supplies. Enjoy snacks and mocktails, too! Registration begins two weeks prior to the meetup. Ages 18+.
