In this 45-minute yoga offering, Pam Niccum of Creating Space will guide you through breathing techniques and gentle movement intended to stretch the full body. Registration is required.
While most exercises will be done seated in the chair, we will also offer a short portion standing, using the chair as a prop. Options will be offered for those who are unable to stand, and all levels are welcome. Let's create space in our mind and body together.
Participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability before class begins. Adults only, please.
