FlexAbility is a fitness program which offers participants an opportunity to become more fit using stretching, relaxing, and restorative movements and poses, taught by a certified instructor.
While there may be some similarities to yoga poses this is not a yoga class. This class will help you to stay more flexible, balanced, and toned. For your comfort and enjoyment of the class please bring a mat and small towel.
If you have not participated previously in a fitness class, check with your physician and begin slowly and participate at your own pace. If you have had recent surgery or experienced a fall, please let the instructor know. Participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability before class begins. Adults only, please.
