ABOUT USING THE LIBRARY GET INVOLVED
Join film historian Dr. Annette Bochenek as she presents about the many techniques and innovations used to bring color to the big screen as well as groundbreaking moments in the use of color on film.
Experimenting with color fascinated filmmakers since the days of early cinema, from tinting to Technicolor. The program will include a multimedia presentation consisting of photos, video clips, and captivating stories. Registration requested.
This program ties into the Color Our World Summer Reading Program for all ages--you can sign up beginning May 1, and log your reading and activities on Beanstack from June 1 to July 31.
