Is something not connecting with our library apps? Upset with your tablet settings? Do you own your smartphone, or does it own you? Drop-in with your device for hands-on assistance with a librarian. We can provide basic device troubleshooting, assistance for library apps such as Hoopla or Libby, and help with researching device questions. Please be prepared and bring all necessary and relevant usernames and passwords (email, device login, Apple ID, etc.) with you. No registration is required. Assistance is first-come, first-served. Time allotted per patron may be limited. Located near the reference desk.
