ABOUT USING THE LIBRARY GET INVOLVED
Step into a world of creative collaging inspired by the work of Kay Sage. Sage was a painter during the surrealist movement, a period in which artists found inspiration in their dreams and emotions. Her works use muted colors and recognizable structures to bring dream worlds to life. Engage with Sage by creating your own surrealist dreamscape collage using subjects from Sage’s most famous paintings and add your own colorful flare with colored pencils. Instructions will help guide your creative process for this self-guided activity. Materials will be available in Ignite while supplies last. Ages 5+.
