Perfect for beginners and experts alike, this online Tai Chi fit class will help you connect to your mind and body through "meditation in motion."
Looking to focus on your overall health and wellness? Tai Chi has been shown to improve balance, strength, mood, mental acuity, chronic pain, and other health conditions. Participants may stand or sit in a chair; no floor work or equipment is needed. Registration with email required for Zoom meeting invitation.
Please consult with your physician regarding your participation in physical activity.
