How can we stop worrying about things? When we take a strong stand against focusing inappropriately on “what ifs” and begin to conquer understanding how our mind creates our world. When we harness the power of our minds with wisdom, worrying has no power to disturb our mind and we feel the strength and confidence that comes from wisdom's perspectives.
