Celebrate the characteristics and vastness of paper as a sustainable, accessible and inclusive art medium. Beatriz Vasquez is an internationally recognized first generation Mexican American artist who works in papel picado(paper cut). This workshop honors the original people of Puebla Mexico who preserve the traditional ancient art form and highlights traditional ancient, handcrafted tools and skill. Registration begins two prior to workshop. All ages welcome to this family friendly class.
